Deciding what to offer for free and what to charge for has become challenging, especially in the world of coaching, training, and personal development. Over the years, I’ve invested significant time and money learning, practicing, and refining my approach to NLP, MER, and hypnosis. These aren’t just concepts I’ve read about—they’re skills I’ve dedicated myself to mastering so I can use and teach them effectively.
Because of that, I’ve structured my work to provide options at different price points. I run paid events, offer private coaching, and have facilitated free calls to make growth and development accessible to people who want it. Regarding what I share here on Substack, the question has always been: What should be free, and what should be behind a paywall?
Until now, I charged $10 per month for access to my NLP-focused content, which made sense from a value standpoint. The insights I share come from years of study and experience, and I believe in the quality of what I teach. AI has now made information more accessible than ever—sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. People can generate answers on nearly any topic with just a few prompts, blurring the lines between expert knowledge and surface-level summaries. This shift has led me to rethink how I share my content.
Recently, I was inspired by the work of a well-respected author and educator who has built a strong community by making their content accessible to those who want it, regardless of their financial situation. Their model provides flexible payment options, ensuring cost isn’t a barrier for those who want to learn. Some people pay full price, others contribute what they can, and some access the content for free. I connect with the idea of making valuable content widely available while giving those who can the opportunity to support it.
What does this mean?
Moving forward, all of my content here on Substack will be free. At the bottom of each post, you’ll find a “Support My Work” button—a simple way to contribute. For those who see value in my work and want to support it financially, you’ll have an easy way to do so. And for those who may not be in a position to contribute right now and still want access to the insights I share, the content remains open and available. I trust that, in the long run, it will balance out.
At the heart of this decision is a simple belief: I want people committed to growth to have access to the information they need. If what I share helps someone create meaningful change in their life, that’s what matters.
So whether you’re here to learn, grow, or support this work in whatever way makes sense for you—thank you. I appreciate you being part of this journey.
