The experience begins by guiding you through a process of letting go, offering forgiveness to another person (not to excuse or forget). This helps to free your own mind and body from the burden. Then it turns inward, helping you extend that same grace to yourself. You'll be guided step by step through both practices using breath, imagery, and intention.
This is your time to let go of what’s heavy and move forward with more lightness, presence, and trust.
A Few Notes Before You Listen:
